		<description>Metal is the way to go. Probably the only band I can suggest that I actually like that you've heard of is Metallica.  Anything from the 80s would work; after that it went downhill for them, though.

Running wise, I go for electronica/industrial. So usually CSS, mstrkrft remixes, Ladytron, Nine Inch Nails, Mindless Self Indulgence, Aphex Twin, Moby, and...hmm I feel like I'm missing some. I guess Yelle? I don't know. I need some breakfast.</description>
