Dairese Gary (12), the third highest scorer in CHS basketball history, has been released by the University of Iowa. He signed a letter of intent last fall, but due to the resignation of Iowa coach Steve Alford, he requested to be released.

Last night, the Elkhart Central Blazers went down in blazing flames, at the hands of the Concord Minutemen.
